Delete Emizeer data
Delete data on your phone
Open Emizeer, go to History, and choose Clear history. To remove all local settings and identifiers, clear Emizeer’s app data in Android settings or delete the app from iOS.
Request deletion from Eminify
Email [email protected] with the subject “Emizeer data deletion request,” your platform, and enough non-sensitive context to locate the relevant record. Because Emizeer uses anonymous installation identifiers rather than accounts, we may ask for limited diagnostics to verify and locate a record. We will delete data that can be associated with the request unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or an unresolved transaction.
What is deleted or retained
Associated entitlement and support/report records will be deleted or anonymized where applicable. Temporary recognition audio is already deleted after each request. Transaction or security records may be retained only for legally required or legitimate fraud-prevention periods. Store purchase records held by Apple or Google must be managed through the applicable store.
