Emizeer Terms of Use

Emizeer is a product of Eminify. By downloading or using Emizeer, you agree to these terms and the rules of the app store through which you obtained it.

The service

Emizeer listens to a short audio sample at your request and returns a possible music match. Results are informational and may be incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Ordinary song recognition is available without an Emizeer Plus subscription.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Do not automate requests, evade limits, interfere with the service, probe or reverse engineer access controls, submit unlawful content, misuse third-party rights, or use Emizeer in violation of law.

Microphone and privacy

Recognition requires microphone permission and submission of a short recording. How audio and related information are handled is described in the Privacy Policy. You may decline permission, but recognition will not function.

The free experience may include clearly identified third-party advertising. Full-screen ads are limited to natural breaks and are not intended to interrupt an active recording or recognition request. An optional rewarded ad grants only the benefit disclosed before viewing. You can report inappropriate, misleading, or broken advertising through Emizeer’s in-app link or advertisement report form.

Emizeer Plus subscriptions

Available plans may include monthly, three-month, six-month, and yearly periods. The exact local price, taxes, billing frequency, trial or offer terms, and renewal date shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase control the transaction. Plans automatically renew unless cancelled in your store account before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the paid period. Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store’s rules.

Plus provides recurring value such as subscriber lyrics views, Emizeer ad removal, expanded local history, history search, and export while those remotely managed features and a verified entitlement are active. Purchases can be restored through the app. Store transaction verification is required before access is granted.

Promotion codes

Promotion availability, percentage or free period, eligibility, use limit, expiry, renewal price, and duration are subject to the terms displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play during redemption. Entering or claiming a code in Emizeer does not itself grant Plus. Access begins only after the applicable store accepts the offer and Emizeer verifies the resulting transaction. If an in-app description differs from the final store checkout, do not confirm the transaction; the store checkout controls.

Free lyrics previews

A free installation may display lyrics for up to three successfully matched unique songs. Failed lyrics searches do not consume a preview, and repeated access to the same song before the allowance is exhausted does not consume another preview. After the third unique song, unlimited lyrics requires an active Plus entitlement. The allowance is enforced by the service rather than local history and may not be reset by clearing local app content.

Complimentary access

Eminify may temporarily unlock some or all Emizeer Plus benefits for every user or grant a specific automatically registered pseudonymous installation time-limited access without charge. Complimentary access is not a paid subscription, does not create a store transaction, and may be changed, expired, or withdrawn. When a global or individual unlock ends, an existing verified paid subscription continues according to its store terms.

Store terms

For an iOS download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Google Play distribution is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. If a mandatory store term conflicts with these terms, that store term controls to the extent required.

Third-party services and content

Recognition providers, lyrics providers, advertising networks, stores, and optional music destinations are independent services. Their availability, content, terms, and privacy practices apply when you use them. Lyrics availability and synchronization are not guaranteed and may differ by recording, language, or country. Song names, lyrics, artwork, recordings, trademarks, and metadata belong to their respective rights holders; Emizeer does not grant permission to copy or distribute music or lyrics. Rights holders may send a correction or removal request to [email protected].

Changes, suspension, and termination

Eminify may change features, providers, limits, or availability, and may suspend access to protect users, third parties, or the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and additional notice where required.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emizeer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted availability or perfect recognition accuracy. Eminify is not responsible for third-party content or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent allowed, Eminify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Emizeer.

Law and contact
